New construction builds are generally viewed as homes that don’t need an inspection because everything is new, unfortunately in this case it is the opposite. We always recommend an inspection while the build is in process so no corners have been cut or missed. We see far too often new homes have problems arise shortly after the build is complete.

We provide an inspection in a 3-4 stage inspection to ensure the home is up to par during the entire build.

We provide inspections after the foundation is poured, after the framing is complete, after the systems have been installed and then the final inspection.
